grape varieties and region specifics
70% chardonnay, 20% pinot noir and 10% meunier; six months in foudre and stainless steel followed by roughly 11 years on the lees; very low dosage. this is a direct expression of champagne and the way lelarge-pugeot works with the vineyard and cellar.

perfect pairings and occasions
pair it with lobster, scallops, poultry, aged comté or a special dinner. serve it when you want a bottle with a clear sense of place and enough personality to stay interesting through the meal.

SERVING NOTES
